Viewing the bill archive

From the bill archive, you can find each bill created from the debits. Invoices are also available as a compilation that you can use if you have separate records for the same transactions in another system and you need to search information from OmaVaana for those transactions.

Instructions

  1. Select Bill archive from the menu on the left.

  2. View the list of the bills for the chosen month. In the summary, you can also see the total sum, the amount and the amount of charges for different VAT rates.

  3. You can search bills by bill ID, buyer name, or service voucher type.

  4. You can download the summary of a selected month as an Excel file or as a PDF. You can also download all bills as PDF files.
