Checking service voucher balance (for citizens)
Citizens can check the current balance of their service vouchers themselves. The system shows how much money the voucher has left and how much it has been charged. It the service provider has not yet charged the service, the system will not take into account such events.
Instructions
Go to www.vaana.fi and select Tarkista saldo from the quick menu.
The service coupon code and service decision number have been written on the service voucher, enter this information in this requested fields and press Check.
You will find out how much balance the service voucher has and how much has been charged from the service voucher.
