Editing venue information

Please keep your venue information updated so that customer looking for service providers can see up-to-date information in the venue search.

Instructions

  1. Select Venue information from the menu on the left. If you have user rights to multiple venues, you can browse through the venues from the dropdown on the top of the menu.

  2. Edit the information that you like and press Save.

OBS! If you want to change the venue name, please contact our customer service.

Remarks about the fields

Optional description of the venue for search. Information saved to this field is visible in Vaana’s public venue search. If you want to edit the field contact Vaana’s customer service.

Contact person. All venues must have a contact person and a phone number for the contact person. Contact person information will be visible in Vaana’s public venue search, which is used by all Vaana’s service providers. A contact person is a person who can be contacted by the customers regarding booking and other questions.

Settlement information. In the settlement information, you can choose how often the debits made by your venue are settled. By default, we pay settlements every Monday and Thursday. If you like, you can change the settlements to be paid every Monday or always on the first day of the month. In addition, you can set the minimum settlement sum, which is 40€ by default. The minimum settlement sum can be edited at anytime to be higher or lower. Settlements are paid when the venue has accumulated at least the minimum amount of settlements.
