Tracking balance
To assess the future balance needs and to keep track of where the balance is used, you can track your balance in OmaVaana. The system shows how much balance is available for issuing and how much is tied to open service vouchers.

Instructions
Select Balance from the menu on the left.
Balance allows you to select a date for which you want to view your balance. You cannot select the current day. By default, the balance feature displays yesterday’s data.
You can view how much balance is available in the service voucher account and how much balance is put on service vouchers that have not yet been charged by service providers.
OBS! At the top of the left-side menu under your name, you can see the current account balance. The account balance tells you how much balance is available on the account in question to be issued on service vouchers.
Other remarks
The balance decreases as the municipal user issues service vouchers. The balance increases, if credit is refunded from expired service vouchers or the municipality orders more balance to the service voucher account. The account balance is updated in real time..
