Editing municipality's account information
In the municipal account information, you can, for example, set a reminder for expiring service vouchers and ordering balance.

Select Customer information from the menu on the left.
Edit the information that you like. You can edit the invoicing information and set reminders to your account that help managing service vouchers: set a reminder when the account balance goes under a certain value and about expiring service vouchers in the next month.

General customer information has been set automatically (excluding the phone number) when opening the account. General information can be edited by contacting Vaana’s customer service.
